When and where can I pick up library materials I've requested?

When

  • You will receive an email from the Library letting you know that your item is ready for pickup.
    • During the first few weeks of the semester this may take a few days - we receive a high volume of requests during this time. 
  • See our library hours page for days and times the library or service window is open to pick up items.

Where

  • See Where is the ARC Library?
  • Available requested library materials can be picked up at the Circulation desk in the 1st floor of the library (or our service window at the main entrance to the library during intersession semester breaks). 
  • Please be prepared with your w# and valid photo ID.
