When

• You will receive an email from the Library letting you know that your item is ready for pickup.
  • During the first few weeks of the semester this may take a few days - we receive a high volume of requests during this time. 
• See our library hours page for days and times the library or service window is open to pick up items.

Where

Access the library/service window: 

1. If driving to the library enter campus from Myrtle Avenue, Myrtle East Parking Lot entrance (Technical Education Student Center). 
2. Students should park in student/general parking. 
3. Getting to American River College Library with Google Maps. 

The library is between the Welcome and Support Center and the Student Center (West of the Student Center Building and East of the Welcome and Support Center). Use the Campus Map app to navigate your way around the ARC campus.

Please be prepared with your w# and valid photo ID.

Library Service Window

The ARC library service window is available for picking up and dropping off materials during intersessions when the building is closed (See our library hours page for days and times service window is open).
