ICE Video Library is requiring us to sign in differently from the way we sign in to most other library databases. Instead of starting from the Los Rios Single Sign-on page, use the following process:

1. Go to ICE Video Library at icelearningcenter.onelogin.com. Note the URL does not start with our normal prefix, arclosrios.idm.oclc.org.
2. If you are not already signed in, you will see a login form.

   

   Enter your Los Rios email address. For students, this will end with apps.losrios.edu. For employees, it will end with arc.losrios.edu.

3. You will then see the SSO (Okta) login page. Continue to sign in with your Los Rios user ID and password, similar to other Los Rios services.
4. Once you've successfully passed the SSO screens, you will arrive at the ICE Learning Center portal page. You will see an icon for ICE Videos and maybe other links such as ICE Faculty Zone, depending on your level of access.

   

5. Click the appropriate link to access the site. You will be automatically signed in to your personal account.
