You will get paid in the semester in which you complete your final assignment as long as all other milestones have been met. Example: If you apply in August 2025, but don't turn in your final assignment and meet with Andi until March 2026, you won't get paid until April or May (depending on when you submit your time sheet). The deadline to turn in all milestones for this year is May 21, 2027. Completing before this deadline is highly encouraged and welcomed.

Milestones:

• Fill out the OER Conversion Grant Application
• Enroll in and complete assignments in modules 1-5 of the self-paced Canvas course: Teaching with OER and Open Pedagogy
• Attend a Q&A session or office hours: See the ZTC/OER PD Calendar for upcoming events.
• Turn in the final assignment in Module Six of the Teaching with OER and Open Pedagogy course.
• After the final assignment has been reviewed by Andi Adkins Pogue, you need to do a second check-in with her.
