How can I get help with computer, network or printing problems on my device?

During the COVID19 campus closure, Student Tech Help is offering virtual and phone appointments to troubleshoot technology issues. Some things we can help with:

  • Issues with a Chromebook checked out from the library
  • Help with Google docs, sheets, or slides
  • Help to reset your single sign on password

The library has a Tech Help Desk to assist you with your tech needs. It’s located directly to the left entrance as you walk into the library. It’s usually open from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday.
