Eligible students are able to receive a Universal Transit Pass (UTP) that allows them to use the Sacramento Regional Transit (SacRT).

The UTP fee is part of the fees you pay when registering for classes and allows you to ride the Sacramento bus and light rail system at no additional cost, valid 24 hours per day, seven days per week, for any purpose. 

The UTP is now available digitally via SacRT's mobile fare app, ZipPass, which is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store by searching "ZipPass." Find out more about SacRT ZipPass and UTP services including information about eligibility and alternate versions of the pass.
