What if I don't have transportation to get to campus to turn in library material?
Even though the college is closed, most students are still eligible to receive a Universal Transit Pass (UTP).
The UTP fee is part of the fees you pay when registering for classes and allows you to ride the Sacramento bus and light rail system at no additional cost.
Because the college is in remote operations, students must fill out the Fall UTP Request Form to receive the transit pass sticker. After confirming your eligibility, your UTP sticker will be sent to the address on file in the Los Rios eServices account. If that mailing address is incorrect, you'll want to update it ASAP and before you fill out the request form.
The UTP applies to all SacRT services, including light rail and buses. The UTP is valid 24 hours per day, seven days per week, for any purpose. Learn more about SacRT services.
