How can I pay my library fees?

Important: The Pay Online option described below is not yet live but will be launched within the spring 2024 semester. This FAQ has been provided as a preview.  If you would like to pay a fee, please see the Pay In-Person instructions.

Pay Online

You can pay for library fees online using a credit card in eServices.  Payments made in eServices must cover all outstanding charges, including enrollment, parking, and health fees.

  1. Log into eServices to get to the Student Homepage. Employees can toggle to the Student Homepage from the Los Rios Employee Self Service menu.
  2. From the Student Homepage, select Financial Account
  3. Select Make a Payment to begin a credit card payment Select Make a Payment
  4. Click Confirm and complete the steps to process the credit card payment

Your payment should be reflected in your Library Account about an hour after payment confirmation.

Pay In-Person

You can pay for library fees in smaller increments at the Business Services Office at main campus.  Payments made in the Business Services Office may be applied to one or more outstanding charges.  

The Business Services Office accepts credit card, cash or check payments. 

If you are unable to visit the Business Services Office in person, you may mail a check or money order and include FLC Library Fines in the memo or description.  Please note that you may not make credit card payments over the phone. 

Your payment should be reflected in your Library Account about an hour after your payment is received.
