How do I view the notices that have been sent to a patron?

Viewing the Attachments on a User's Record

In Alma it is possible to view the recent notices sent to a patron. To access this information, view the full user record using one of the following methods:

  • Search for the user from the persistent search bar, OR
  • Select the name from the "Manage Patron Services" screen

In the User's record, select the "Attachments" tab. Use the more actions menu to open an attachment to view the notice.

Note: Attachments should not be deleted (they will be purged on a schedule).
