How do I transfer a chat if needed?

There will typically be 2 - 3 Los Rios Librarians monitoring chat at any given time. Friday mornings, Friday late afternoons, and all day Saturday there will only be one Los Rios Librarian.
During times when there is another Los Rios Librarian, folks can transfer a chat to a fellow librarian if need be. To do so, first reach out to the other librarian to see if they are able to take on the chat you want to transfer.
Under the Chats tab, Operators from the Los Rios Libraries will be listed. Double-click on a name to chat directly with someone.
If they are able to help you out with the patron you are helping, transfer the chat using these directions from SpringShare.
