How can I send a student a report of their current loans?

Alma allows us to easily email students a list of their current loans, along with the due date and any replacement fees that have been generated.
You might want to do this when contacting students about their overdue loans so that they know exactly which books they have out.
- Go to Fulfillment - Manage Patron Services and enter the user's ID number to pull up their account.
- Look for a link worded Send Activity Report
.Where this link is located depends on how wide the screen is. It might be located near the user's name, or it might be off to the right-hand side.
- Click the link. Alma will send the email and show a confirmation message. In Letters configuration, this is the Borrowing Activity Letter.
