Why are students unable to access a video from Swank?

All colleges currently have some streaming videos licensed through Swank. These videos are purchased at the college level and accessible only to students enrolled at that college.
Students must visit Swank from the database page at the college where the content was licensed in order to successfully view the videos. For example, if the assigned film is for a course at Cosumnes River College, the student should go to Swank via the CRC Databases page.
If the student continues to experience issues, please contact the ERM librarian at the library that licensed the video.
