How do I turn off requests in Primo?

Answer

This method hides the Request button for every campus's instance of Primo. It requires access to Alma Configuration. 

  • Go to Alma Configuration --> Configuring: Los Rios Community College District.
  • Locate Fulfillment --> Discovery Interface Display Logic --> Display Logic Rules.
  • Toggle "Hide service Hold Request" on. 

The Request button in Primo will be hidden. To make the Request button visible again, repeat the steps above, but toggle "Hide service Hold Request" off instead.
