How can I check if my library purchased an ebook?

For ebooks purchased after November 2019, you can see whether or not your college library purchased the ebook by clicking on the Orders button and seeing the PO Line owner(s):
In many cases, there are multiple orders on a single title in order to increase the number of available licenses. The total number of licenses should​ be noted correctly in the public note in the portfolio, but the most authoritative place to look is in the ebook record itself.
- Click on View portfolio
- From More Actions menu, select Test Access
- Choose to open in a new window
- See the total number of copies available
In this example, this ebook is only available as a 1-user license. However, we've collectively purchased 3 1-user licenses, and it's reflected correctly in the availability statement.
