How are we displaying new acquisitions in OneSearch?

We have launched a process that allows each college/library to display automatically-updated sets of new acquisitions in OneSearch via Alma collections. The collections are based on Analytics reports. We use Library Open Workflows to retrieve the reports on a schedule (currently Saturdays at 6:00 am) and update the Alma collections.
We have flexibility in various aspects of the collections, such as
- how recently acquired the titles should be
- whether a collection will display physical titles, online titles, or both
- whether a collection will limited by material type, and if so, which types
An Analytics dashboard is available that will allow you to preview the results you would see for various existing reports.
