Unfortunately, while you can get to your storage drive (which is marked as the Y drive, not My documents) from any computer in the labs, there's no way to get to it from off-campus. For this reason we really recommend that you use Google Drive, which is linked to your Los Rios Gmail account. You can get to Google Drive at any time at https://apps.losrios.edu.
