Panther Cares provides WiFi hotspots to students needing internet access on a first-come, first-served basis. 

To participate in the Hotspot Program, a student must be:

• Actively enrolled at Sacramento City College
• Have a financial need
• Completed the FAFSA or CADAA or applied for the Los Rios Promise program
