After you make a request, you will receive an email from the Library telling you that your materials are ready for pickup.

You can always check the status of your requests in your library account.

When

If you selected Folsom Lake College Library or El Dorado Center Library as your pickup location, you can pick up your materials during library open hours.

If you selected FLC Lockers as your pickup location, you can visit the lockers 24/7.  Books delivered to the Rancho Cordova Center Lockers will be available for pickup during business hours.  Please see more information about using the lockers at https://answers.library.losrios.edu/flc/faq/361527

Where

Pick up your requested materials at the Circulation Desk inside the library at FLC or EDC.

You will need to present a Student Access Card or another form of picture ID such as a drivers license or California Identification Card. If you don't have a Student Access Card, please be ready to tell staff your student ID number, which is also used to access FLC online services such as Canvas and eServices.
