Why are some students unable to access their library account?


Only current students and employees can access their library account via OneSearch. If someone is not currently enrolled in classes, or they are a temporary employee who is not currently working, or adjunct faculty without current course assignments, they might be able to get through the Single Sign-on page, but instead of seeing their account they will be redirected to the OneSearch home page.

These users should contact the relevant library's circulation desk to e.g. find out what items they still need to return.
