How do I check out a Chromebook from the library?

To check out a Chromebook from the library, you must meet the following requirements:

  • ✔ Be currently enrolled in at least one class at ARC
  • ✔ Have no other Chromebooks currently on loan
  • ✔ Have no blocks on your library record due to unreturned or damaged library materials.

Availability & Requests 

Chromebook availability changes throughout the semester and depends on how many devices are returned to the library.

  • When supplies allow, students may place a request for a Chromebook and will receive an email when one is ready for pickup.
  • When supplies are low, the library will turn requests off, and Chromebooks will be available first come, first served only.

Because demand is very high, we anticipate that Chromebooks become unavailable later in the semester.
